McDonald's in Sulingen

Again and again the same thing, sometimes this is missing. We have said so often "Sponge over it", but it is getting out of hand. Last week a cheeseburger was missing, yesterday 2 large fries were missing, despite the order being corrected, because once again people are not listening properly when taking the order. In addition, the staff is almost always very unfriendly and conveys indifference.

The same problem over and over again, orders are wrong or something is missing, because you already have a look if everything is in it and then at home you find that instead of 9 nuggets there are only 8 in it. Summary: 5 out of 5 orders don't work, that's annoying and time-consuming. Call and go again.

Much too long waiting times, not possible & that is an absolute no go in Corona times. The restaurant is empty & yet never wait that long again !! Staff just dangling around !!!!

The service is too rude as we were there with five friends and a waitress offered us a seat after we got our food. Another waitress came over and said we shouldn't sit there like it was our MISTAKE but the main thing was her pitch was loud and rude like she kicked us out of the restaurant if she could

No idea why you should rate it. Everything is more or less the same

A super perfectly implemented hygiene concept in this branch. Come in without touching anything, disinfect your hands, place an order on the well-known screen (cloths available here as well), all employees with a mask in preparation, wait briefly and leave the branch virtually in a round-trip. In my opinion TOP implemented - I don't think you have to write anything about the rest of McDonald's. You either like it or you don't ... 😊

Very long waiting time at the drive counter for extremely dry burgers. We probably had to wait because the burgers were still too fresh. That's enough for a year again ...

One cannot imagine. They are too lazy to use the till. Everyone should use this automat. Thank you corona !!! Wouldn't recommend going to the store. There are enough mc there you don't need to give yourself the load !!

As you would expect from a McDonald's. Nice staff, fast service and delicious food

I was in the drive and got a completely wrong menu or instead of a Sprite I had water and I clearly said without baccon and had my citizen with baccon that means I didn't eat anything except my french fries that were lukewarm.

A McDonalds is not like any other, here you can also park a huge truck

Open 24 hours apparently does not mean that the offer is also available 24 hours a day. You drive here extra at night to treat yourself to a flurry and then the ice cream machine was just cleaned, so it can no longer be used, what do I know when, because who wants to sell their products to their customers ...

We were there, the order took a while but on the whole good. Toilets were very clean. The food was brought to the table like in a restaurant

Was in the Mc Drive is just not like 20 years ago that the food is ready from the order to the serving (90 sec.) Nee lasts about 5 minutes .... I've waited 10 minutes with 7 cars ... The staff is friendly, I don't think the prices are fair. Prices could be cheaper for Drive customers. After all, the facility and e.g. the toilet are not used ...

Our satisfaction has become really rare at the MC Donalds branches. Far too often you have to deal with unfriendly, unmotivated, poorly German-speaking staff. But not today! Mrs. S. S. served us with full dedication and patience. Keep it up and see you next time

Very clean branch with extremely friendly employees who correctly take the hygiene regulations very seriously. In addition to the usual disinfectant dispensers, an additional hand wash basin is installed at the entrance. Very exemplary! Food and drinks were served quickly at the table.

Very nice staff. Very obliging. Such good dealings are an absolute rarity in restaurants of this chain. Here is a 100% recommended McDonalds restaurant. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very good and fast service

Clean restaurant with fast service. Especially here is the washing facility for the hands (not only on the toilet, where it goes), which is child-friendly deep. You can also sit outside. Extra fleece blankets are also available if it gets a little cooler.

The computer to order the food is an amazing option when don't speak the local language.

Not much different than McDonald's in the United States so good job Germany.

Staff were very friendly, especially the lady.It was badly needed in an unfriendly town where people don't seem to like foreigners.
